Service Description

Welcome to Bag Club. In Bag Club we will learn essential bag sewing techniques including various zipper applications, choosing hardware and hardware installation, design hacks. Two weeks before each Bag Club meeting, I will present a bag pattern that will feature specific techniques. During the club meeting, I will identify and show specific techniques you will need to complete the bag. Along the way, we will learn about ways to individualize our bags with favorite features, such as slip pockets, fabric choices and, yes, interfacing. If there are specific techniques or bags you would like to make, let me know so I can add them to the list. Everyone can practice the techniques in class. You will receive a supply two weeks before the Bag Club session, or when you sign up if it is less than two weeks before the scheduled club meeting. * We will not be making any bag start to finish during Bag Club. Three hours is simply not enough time to make a bag. There are multi-session bag classes scheduled where we will make a bag start to finish. I will be holding UFO (Unfinished Object) sessions where I can help you sew the Bag Club (or any other) project.
