INTERNET PURCHASE POLICY
Shipping
Presently Steves ships product to any location within the United States of America. Certain products may not be shipped international due to government policy.
Returns and Refunds
Authorized returns are refunded to the original purchaser, using the original payment method, within 15 Business Days of receipt of return. Except in the case of defective products, refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $5.00) and will not including shipping costs.
All fabric sales are FINAL. We make every effort to provide an accurate description and photograph of fabrics featured on our web-site. Limitations in computer monitors and personal interpretation are beyond our control.
CLASS/CLUB REGISTRATION POLICY
Classes and clubs begin promptly at the scheduled time. For the convenience and courtesy of the teacher and other students, please arrive on-time for your sessions.
Registration
Most classes are limited to eight (8) persons; please register early to avoid being placed on a waiting list.
Refunds
Classes with inadequate enrollment may be cancelled up to three (3) days before the scheduled session. All classes cancelled by Steves will be refunded in full. At such time, you may be offered an opportunity to attend a different scheduled session or class.
Students may cancel their class registration up to seven (7) days before the first scheduled session and will receive a full refund or may schedule for a different class or session. Students that cancel within the final seven days prior to the first session or do not show for their scheduled session will not receive a refund. |
